In the August 24th C&EN issue released by ACS, Dr. Rigoberto Hernandez published a commentary on providing solutions towards improving excellence and diversity in hiring and retention practices of faculty in chemistry departments. The comment offers a list of #DiversitySolutions, which were a result of the National Diversity Equity Workshop (NDEW) 2015 conducted by OXIDE in April 2015.
