Dr. Iyer attended Understanding Interventions at San Antonio from 3rd to 5th March, 2017. The event discussed the solutions and interventions introduced along the academic ladder along with Institutional changes to increase inclusivity and promote excellence.
Dr. Stallings was an invited speaker at MTSU and discussed gender equity in the chemistry field on February 27th, 2017.
He discussed the work done by OXIDE and offered recommendations and suggestions that would help alleviate the disparity at the gender level for faculty.
